Director of Hardware Engineering (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Lead global hardware engineering initiatives for silicon ecosystem development.
• Manage collaboration with EDA vendors and oversee IP and test chip programs.
• Support MCU, SoC, and technology pathfinding initiatives.
• Align the IP roadmap with the long-term product roadmap.
• Coordinate with product, operations, and software groups to deliver on schedule and against defined KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related field.
• 20+ years of engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of design, verification, and validation across multiple technology generations.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Onsite work in San Jose, California is required; remote work is not available.
