Seasonal Human Resources Clerk (Bilingual in Spanish)

Location: Del Rey, California, USA; full-time, onsite role

Base compensation: $20.00 per hour

What you will do

• Provide front-counter assistance and help employees with placement and HR-related questions.
• Handle incoming calls and communicate instructions during shift changes.
• Process paperwork for time-off requests, timecards, personal information changes, and other employee issues.
• Assist with onboarding, data entry, correspondence, and filing.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee records and information.

Requirements

• Fluent bilingual communication in English and Spanish.
• Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills.
• Strong organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Flexibility, adaptability, problem-solving, conflict-management, and analytical communication skills.
