Human Resources Coordinator - Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Location: Onsite at hirify.global’s Florida Branch, 3830 hirify.global Drive, Naples, FL 34117. Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM.

Salary: $25–$30 per hour.

What you will do

• Contact candidates to schedule interviews, answer questions, and support new-hire onboarding documentation.
• Conduct pre-employment assessments and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Share candidate details with interview teams and management.
• Manage HR inbox inquiries and follow up as needed.
• Provide administrative support, assist HR projects, and complete weekly recruiting summaries.
• Assist with and conduct applicant interviews in English and Spanish.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required.
• At least two years of HR or relevant administrative experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Fluent written and verbal English and Spanish.
• Pre-employment hair follicle drug screening is required for all new hires.
