Marketing Proposal Coordinator (Architecture/Engineering/Construction Management)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; hybrid schedule with three days per week in the office

Salary: $68,159.17–$77,896.19 per year

What you will do

• Manage and prepare proposals, presentations, and qualification submissions for a range of opportunities.
• Review solicitation documents and RFPs, then develop submission outlines and schedules.
• Coordinate win plans and pursuit strategies with leadership, including differentiators, teaming, projects, staff, and production.
• Lead walkthroughs, pre-proposal conferences, kickoff meetings, and collaboration with teaming partners as needed.
• Coordinate with Legal, Accounting, and other departments to meet proposal requirements.
• Proof submissions, conduct quality assurance reviews, coordinate production and delivery, and integrate client debrief feedback into future submissions.

Requirements

• At least three years of related experience.
• Strong writing, grammar, research, organizational, decision-making, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage concurrent assignments under strict deadlines and adapt content to an industry-specific style guide.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools and Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience preparing proposals in the architecture, engineering, or construction management industry preferred.
