Senior AI Transformation Lead

Location: New York City (Hudson Yards), with 3+ days onsite

Salary: $152,290–$250,195 base pay annually, plus potential incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled products from opportunity identification through production deployment and scaling.
• Translate strategic priorities into product visions, roadmaps, OKRs, and measurable business outcomes.
• Lead AI and GenAI solutions involving automation, human-in-the-loop workflows, and digital experiences.
• Coordinate data science, engineering, operations, business, and value stream stakeholders to manage dependencies, risks, and delivery.
• Define data requirements, redesign business processes, and build business cases for value realization.
• Lead change management, communication, and organizational readiness to support adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
• Experience defining product roadmaps, incorporating customer research, and following data and AI standards.
• Knowledge of product journey mapping, continuous process improvement, and OKR management.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
