AI Solutions Engineer

Location: Stamford, Connecticut; available to NY/CT residents. A hybrid schedule is required, with in-office days Monday through Thursday and core hours targeting 9am–5pm EST.

Salary: $97,300–$146,000 annually, with eligibility for a performance-based bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven process and productivity improvements.
• Design, develop, test, support, and enhance AI-powered applications, agents, automations, and workflows.
• Build intelligent agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio and integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and end users to deliver scalable and supportable solutions.
• Monitor solution performance, analyze usage and feedback, recommend enhancements, and document solutions.
• Support AI enablement through demonstrations, training, stakeholder engagement, and Microsoft Power Platform data servicing, including Power BI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of operations or IT experience; insurance or asset management experience is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Automation Anywhere, Power Platform, or Copilot Studio.
• Ability to design, develop, and maintain automated solutions, with an understanding of systems integration and workflow automation.
• Strong process mapping, documentation, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills, including Power Query and VBA.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power Platform, Power BI, SharePoint, SQL, Python, or Azure AI Foundry.
• Knowledge of BlackRock Aladdin, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Services, or cloud-native technologies.
• Exposure to investment operations, asset management workflows, automation governance, and controls.
