Senior Staff HR Business Partner (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite at the Korat facility, Thailand. Travel: None.

hirify.global operates a large manufacturing site in Korat producing cloud-based storage equipment from storage components to finished drives.

What you will do

• Advise senior leaders and managers on people strategy, organizational health, workforce planning, and change impact.
• Guide core HR processes in compliance with company policy, Thailand labor law, and local regulations.
• Own site-level HR governance and localize global standards for Thailand and Korat operations.
• Lead social compliance strategy and audit readiness, including risk assessments, corrective actions, and leadership accountability.
• Manage complex employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
• Use employee insights and people data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for corrective action and manager capability development.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Thai.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field and/or relevant experience.
• Extensive HR Business Partner experience across employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational topics.
• Hands-on experience owning social compliance audits such as RBA, TLS8001, ISO 9001, and other applicable standards.
• Strong knowledge of Thailand labor law and HR compliance requirements.
• Strategic thinking, analytical ability, sound judgment, change management, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
