Head of HR Business Partnering (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Business Partners.
• Partner with senior leaders on organizational design, restructuring, workforce strategy, and FTE planning.
• Improve manager quality through coaching, performance management, and disciplined hiring practices.
• Address team topology, spans and layers, and structural bottlenecks to shape effective organizations.
• Drive communication cascades and leadership alignment during change and transformation.
• Provide HRBP guidance across multiple countries and navigate country-specific labor law considerations.

Requirements

• Strong experience leading HR Business Partnering functions and 5–6+ years of people leadership experience.
• Proven experience in organizational design, workforce planning, and restructuring.
• Experience supporting leaders and organizations across multiple countries, including markets such as Norway, Sweden, Germany, and Canada.
• Strong understanding of labor law frameworks and experience working across different legal and cultural contexts.
• Experience in both startup or build environments and scaled, structured organizations.
• Workday experience and fluent English language skills are required.

• French, Norwegian, or Swedish language skills.
