HR Business Partner (HR Expertise and Employee Relations): Supporting HR functions for assigned business units, advising leaders on people matters, and developing talent and workforce plans with an accent on employee relations, performance management, and leadership development. Focus on coaching leaders, designing employee engagement programs, managing succession and career development, and ensuring compliance with local labour laws.

What you will do
- Partner with business stakeholders as a confidante, coach, and constructive challenger to improve business efficiency and leadership practices.
- Support the full scope of HR functions, including performance management, appraisals, talent acquisition, succession planning, career development, and disciplinary processes.
- Advise leaders on employee relations, difficult conversations, and people management issues.
- Conduct employee pulse checks and implement changes to improve employee experience and engagement.
- Partner with business heads and managers on workforce planning and people development for business expansion.
- Build talent pipelines, coach employees and leaders on performance, and contribute to HR policies, processes, and projects.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of progressive, hands-on HR experience, including at least 3 years in a People Partner or HR Business Partner role.
- Experience in high-growth, technology-focused organizations or consultancy is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, interpersonal, empathy, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage resources for successful project completion.
- Thorough understanding of local employment law, compliance requirements, risks, and mitigation strategies.
