HR Business Partner (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Advise senior leaders and shape people strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Drive organizational design, talent planning, succession initiatives, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance, development, and organizational change.
• Ensure HR policies and processes are compliant, scalable, and aligned with company values.
• Work transparently with Works Councils and collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence.
• Use Workday for reporting, analytics, and organizational updates while leading cross-functional HR projects.

Requirements

• Several years of HR Business Partner experience in international, fast-paced environments.
• Strong HR expertise in Germany; knowledge of Sweden and Norway is advantageous.
• Fluent German and English skills.
• Solid Workday proficiency.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and change, with strong knowledge of modern HR practices and employment law.

Nice to have

• Swedish or Norwegian language skills.
• French language skills.
