What you will do

• Advise senior leadership on people strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Drive organizational design, talent planning, and succession initiatives.
• Manage employee relations and collaborate with Works Councils on co-determination.
• Lead cross-functional change management projects and refine HR frameworks.
• Utilize Workday for reporting, analytics, and organizational data management.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions across international sites.

Requirements

• Fluent German and English skills required.
• Several years of HR Business Partner experience in international, fast-paced environments.
• Strong expertise in German employment law and modern HR practices.
• Solid proficiency in Workday.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to travel occasionally to support international teams.

• Knowledge of Swedish and Norwegian labor markets.
• Swedish, Norwegian, or French language skills.
