Focus on documenting process changes, evaluating upstream and downstream impacts, performing cost-benefit analyses, and tracking operational outcomes.

What you will do
- Lead and facilitate cross-functional process improvement teams across Mexico, the United States, and other regions.
- Plan and implement process improvement initiatives using methods such as Lean and Six Sigma.
- Identify opportunities to improve process effectiveness and efficiency within the assigned business unit.
- Perform root cause analysis, document challenges and desired outcomes, and recommend solutions.
- Draft and revise business processes while assessing upstream, downstream, and work-tool impacts.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and measure and report the success of revised processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience; 2–5 years preferred.
- Advanced English and excellent communication skills required.
- Experience in Order Management or a similar operations environment preferred.
- Knowledge of basic change management principles preferred.
Nice to have
- Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification or progress toward certification.
- Familiarity with functional processes in the assigned business unit.
