Python Developer (AI)

Location: Charlotte, NC, USA. Employees must be available to work onsite at a client location or hirify.global office as requested; remote work is allowed when compatible with client and company needs.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy Python-based applications and enterprise systems according to client requirements.
• Build REST APIs, microservices, reusable components, libraries, and frameworks.
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
• Test and debug software to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, developers, and clients to provide technical guidance and solutions.
• Integrate AI models, APIs, and services into software applications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong production experience with Python and professional programming experience with Java, C#, or .NET.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming, software design principles, and design patterns.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, enterprise applications, Git, relational or NoSQL databases, and cloud-based environments.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML or generative AI technologies and AI service integration.
• Applicants must be authorized to work directly for any employer in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini.
• Experience with AI frameworks, RAG solutions, vector databases, prompt engineering, embeddings, evaluation, orchestration, or AI agents.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP AI/ML services, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, or DevOps.
• Experience with Spark, Kafka, Databricks, Snowflake, or other data engineering technologies.
