Salary: $124,000 - $329,200 / Yr

What you will do

• Design, develop, and ship high-quality technical solutions and backend services that scale across multiple hirify.global services.
• Build and maintain highly available APIs that underpin the reliability and scalability of Copilot features.
• Write architecture briefs and proposals to solve complex challenges related to planetary scale.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and perform code reviews to foster team growth.
• Own system health and quality, including participation in on-call and first responder rotations.
• Implement automated CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience delivering production software using languages such as Go, Ruby, Python, Java, C++, or Rust.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).
• 2+ years of experience with general-purpose programming languages like Go or Ruby.
• 3+ years of experience with cloud environments and Cloud Native Compute Foundation (CNCF) concepts.
