Staff Pharmacist (Pharmacy)

Location: Onsite at 295 Tyler Rd S, Red Wing, Minnesota, United States. Relocation to the United States is available.

Salary: $98,000–$172,000 annual salary for a 40-hour/week schedule, prorated for different schedules. Additional annual or quarterly performance bonuses. $40,000 sign-on bonus available.

What you will do

• Provide pharmaceutical care, process prescriptions, and accurately dispense medications.
• Counsel customers on healthcare and prescription medication needs.
• Administer immunizations and other pharmacy programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Model proper customer service practices and guide pharmacy staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or equivalent FPGE through NABP.
• Pharmacy license by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical care best practices and regulatory compliance, including HIPAA and PHI guidelines.
• Ability to adapt to patient needs, address varied medical concerns, and build relationships with customers and partners.
