Pharmacy Manager

Location: Onsite at 2001 S 1ST ST, Chickasha, Oklahoma 73018, United States

Annual salary: $112,000–$197,000, plus potential performance bonuses and location-based or complex-structure pay.

What you will do

• Lead pharmacists and pharmacy staff while managing daily pharmacy operations.
• Process and dispense prescription orders, administer immunizations, and deliver other patient-care programs.
• Ensure compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes, company policies, legal requirements, and quality standards.
• Manage merchandise presentation, pricing, signing, inventory levels, loss prevention, and safety controls.
• Set customer-service standards and guide staff in resolving patient and customer needs.
• Oversee community outreach programs and encourage participation in local community initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or an equivalent FPGEC credential from NABP.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Ability to work effectively with patients and healthcare providers.
• Experience analyzing pharmacy performance, patient outcomes, and financial data.
• Ability to manage pharmacy staff and operations.
