Staff Pharmacist

Location: Onsite at 3225 US Highway 41 W, Marquette, Michigan, United States

Salary: $98,000–$172,000 annually for a 40-hour workweek, prorated for different schedules, plus annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

What you will do

• Provide pharmaceutical care, process prescriptions, and accurately dispense medication.
• Counsel customers on healthcare and prescription medication needs.
• Administer immunizations and participate in hirify.global pharmacy programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, HIPAA, PHI guidelines, and applicable regulations.
• Model effective customer service and guide pharmacy staff in patient interactions.
• Engage in community activities, outreach, and health-related events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or an equivalent FPGE qualification through NABP.
• Pharmacy license by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Proficiency in pharmaceutical care and implementation of best practices.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and partners and adapt to varied patient needs.
