Pharmacy Manager (Pharmacy)

Location: Onsite at 295 Tyler Rd S, Red Wing, Minnesota, United States

Salary: $112,000–$197,000 annual salary, plus potential performance bonuses and a $50,000 sign-on bonus.

What you will do

• Lead pharmacists and pharmacy staff while overseeing daily pharmacy operations.
• Process and dispense prescriptions, administer immunizations, and provide comprehensive patient care in compliance with pharmacy regulations.
• Analyze pharmacy performance and patient outcome data to improve service quality.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, pricing accuracy, signage, inventory levels, and customer service standards.
• Lead community outreach programs and support associate participation in community health initiatives.
• Implement loss prevention, safety, compliance, and quality assurance controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or equivalent FPGEC through NABP.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Ability to work effectively with patients and healthcare providers.
• Ability to manage pharmacy staff, operations, financial data, and performance analysis.
