Location: Onsite at the St. Pauls, North Carolina facility, Monday–Friday; occasional travel of up to 25% is required.

What you will do

• Lead quality activities throughout the Stage Gate and new product development processes, ensuring launch readiness and timely gap closure.
• Investigate customer and production quality issues through root cause analysis, corrective actions, trend reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage production quality processes, including non-conforming materials, error-proofing, layered audits, and process controls.
• Drive supplier quality improvements and provide detailed feedback in collaboration with suppliers and the corporate quality team.
• Support customer, agency, and internal audits while maintaining site certifications and quality system compliance.
• Advance quality tools and reporting, including RCCA, PPAP, gage R&R, SPC, MOR analysis, and strategic planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related business field.
• 7+ years of experience applying total quality concepts in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with new product development, statistical process control, and advanced analytical techniques.
• Comprehensive knowledge of engineering, Lean Six Sigma, quality principles, and manufacturing practices.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar design software, metrology, and calibration; proficiency with Microsoft Office and statistical software.
• Strong collaboration, communication, organization, and attention-to-detail skills; ability to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• PMP certification.
• Experience leading quality initiatives across multiple functions.
