Recruiting Advisor - Wealth Management (Financial Services)

Location: Based in Illinois, United States; remote work may be available in select geographic locations with approval, and occasional in-office participation may be required.

Base salary: $63,750–$106,250 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for complex financial advisory roles across business lines and disciplines.
• Source candidates through targeted outreach, networking, advanced search techniques, and high-volume cold calling.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines and market intelligence using recruiting CRM and related tools.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent needs, hiring forecasts, and skills gaps.
• Analyze recruiting and workforce data, identify trends, and incorporate insights into hiring strategies.
• Present and negotiate complex employment offers while supporting a high-quality candidate experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Prior experience supporting wealth management and financial advisor recruiting.
• Proven experience advising business leaders and aligning recruiting strategies with organizational goals.
• Strong candidate sourcing, networking, cold-calling, communication, analytical, and relationship-management skills.
