Recruitment Consultant

Location: Manila, Philippines; 100% remote

Salary: PHP 50,000–65,000 per month, plus placement incentives and commissions

What you will do

• Source, pre-screen, interview, and assess candidates using multiple recruitment platforms.
• Prepare candidate profiles, resumes, correspondence, references, and client submissions.
• Manage end-to-end interview and selection processes and keep candidates informed.
• Define job descriptions, document project specifications, and track recruitment projects through completion.
• Coordinate with Recruitment Managers on project updates, status reports, escalations, and recommendations.
• Clarify client hiring needs, present shortlisted candidates, schedule interviews, and build long-term client relationships.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience with client-facing recruiter experience.
• Ability to place at least 4–5 candidates per month.
• Knowledge of interview techniques, applicant screening methods, sourcing channels, and recruitment trends.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, HRIS systems, CRM tools, Google Workspace, and Office 365 or equivalent.
• Experience managing multiple searches at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, time management, independent decision-making, and relationship-building skills.
