Salary: USD 86,313–107,891 per year.

What you will do

  • Lead global product regulatory compliance activities and provide senior-level guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor, track, interpret, and communicate regulatory developments, emerging requirements, and industry standards.
  • Coordinate regulatory impact, risk, and lifecycle compliance reviews with QHSE, Procurement, Sales & Marketing, Materials Lab, and other functions.
  • Oversee regulatory data, supplier documentation, product registrations, certifications, and notifications.
  • Author and maintain Safety Data Sheets, product labeling programs, raw material introduction programs, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate audits, inspection readiness, training, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or a related technical field; significant relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience in global product regulatory compliance, product stewardship, or chemical regulatory affairs.
  • Advanced knowledge of chemical regulations such as REACH, TSCA, and GHS, plus SDS authoring, hazard communication, labeling, and product stewardship practices.
  • Experience interpreting regulations, assessing product and business impacts, managing compliance risks, and preparing government-format regulatory submissions.
  • Skills in regulatory data analysis, supplier documentation review, product lifecycle assessments, raw material approvals, and product registration activities.
  • Ability to interpret product drawings, technical specifications, and engineering documentation; advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and regulatory data tools.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in Inorganic Chemistry or a related discipline.
  • Professional certification or specialized training in product stewardship, regulatory compliance, chemical management, or SDS authoring.
