Supervisor, Product Compliance

Location: Remote

Salary: $76,600–$106,450 annually plus bonus; compensation depends on experience and location.

What you will do

• Supervise daily workflow, workload allocation, deadlines, quality, and performance for Product Compliance team members.
• Train, coach, and develop team members in regulatory expertise and technical compliance work.
• Review policy forms, certificates, endorsements, disclosures, marketing materials, and other product documentation.
• Coordinate product filings from preparation through regulatory approval and monitor regulatory correspondence, objections, and outstanding requirements.
• Research and interpret statutes, regulations, bulletins, and other requirements while supporting new products and product changes.
• Partner with Product Development, Legal, Claims, Enterprise Compliance, Marketing, Operations, and other business areas.

Requirements

• Experience in product compliance, regulatory compliance, product filings, product development, or a related insurance discipline.
• Working knowledge of insurance regulations, regulatory research, product documentation, and Department of Insurance filing processes.
• Knowledge of Supplemental and Group insurance products or related insurance products.
• Prior supervisory, team-lead, coaching, or comparable leadership experience.
• Ability to manage workloads, monitor quality and deadlines, provide technical guidance, and identify matters requiring escalation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience is preferred.

• Experience coordinating insurance product filings and responding to regulatory inquiries.
• Experience supporting new product development or significant product changes.
