Project Director - Global Project Delivery

Location: Atlanta, GA, USA; full-time onsite role

Salary: USD 160,000–260,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of large projects or multiple projects across chartering, design, pre-construction, permitting, procurement, construction, CQV, automation, consulting, and warranty.
• Develop execution strategies, project execution plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, procurement plans, and quality management plans.
• Lead integrated teams of hirify.global employees, owners, designers, subcontractors, trade partners, and consultants.
• Manage client relationships, stakeholder communication, KPI reviews, conflict resolution, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead contract negotiations, GMP preparation, subcontractor awards, claims identification, and project risk mitigation.
• Support business development through pursuits, RFP responses, presentations, and identification of growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or an equivalent field.
• At least 10 years of experience in the AEC industry; 15 or more years desired.
• Demonstrated success in senior project management of a single large project or a portfolio of smaller projects.
• Advanced understanding of engineering disciplines, project execution, design and construction delivery, procurement, CQV, and integrated project delivery.
• Experience leading integrated teams and managing design–construction relationships, budgets, schedules, safety, and quality.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, Microsoft Suite, safety, and scheduling skills.

Nice to have

• PMP, AECPMA, DBIA, or another industry certification.
• Design-build experience.
