Outreach and Admissions Manager

Location: Dayton, Ohio, USA; hybrid work

Compensation: up to $58,500 per year

What you will do

• Plan, direct, and supervise outreach and admissions activities, including cohort enrollment and case management.
• Set monthly goals for admissions counselors, monitor performance, and take corrective action when needed.
• Review activity reports, student progress records, and program outcomes.
• Promote training programs and coordinate open houses, job fairs, and career days.
• Monitor department budgets, spending limits, materials, and equipment.
• Support staffing decisions, including screening, interviewing, promotions, transfers, and performance appraisals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, business, communications, or a closely related field, plus one year of related supervisory experience.
• Alternatively, an associate’s degree in a related field plus three years of related supervisory experience.
• Experience working with diverse youth.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to support cohort enrollment, case management, career transition services, staff accountability, and workplace safety.
