What you will do

• Develop and monitor client service plans, work activities, community service, internships, training, and job placement.
• Meet with clients regularly to track progress and address barriers such as housing, childcare, and transportation.
• Provide case management, coaching, counseling, job-search support, and follow-up services.
• Assess client skills and job readiness, screen candidates for openings, and maintain industry candidate pipelines.
• Understand employer hiring needs and participate in job fairs, networking events, and hiring information sessions.
• Conduct outreach to maintain client engagement and document services and activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Patience and sensitivity when working with individuals with disabilities.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, organizational, and customer-service skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, and the ability to use electronic systems.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, performance-driven team environment.
• Knowledge of publicly funded programs, reasonable accommodations, and relevant laws and regulatory requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with Temporary Assistance for Needy Families programs.
• Training or experience in motivational interviewing and care management techniques.
