What you will do

• Provide case management for SNAP E&T participants and support progress toward self-sufficiency.
• Create and update individual employment plans, participant records, career portfolios, and supportive-service documentation.
• Conduct skills, aptitude, ability, and pre/post-training assessments.
• Schedule and lead workshops, webinars, job-readiness activities, and other learning sessions.
• Provide job coaching, mentoring, and support to help participants overcome employment barriers and retain jobs.
• Coordinate with Business Services, employers, advisory groups, agencies, and community organizations to expand employment and training opportunities.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in a related field and at least two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; a high school diploma with three years of related experience may be considered.
• Strong facilitation, public speaking, guided learning, communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to lead learning processes and work effectively with diverse populations.
• Excellent internal and external customer service skills, plus computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and specialized databases.
• Current valid driver’s license with a low-risk driver rating and automobile liability insurance are required.
• Bilingual skills are a plus; knowledge of local community resources and industries is advantageous.
