What you will do

• Lead and direct production assemblers to achieve daily and weekly output targets.
• Drive a safety-first culture by enforcing EHS requirements and modeling safe behaviors.
• Provide hands-on coaching, training, and supervision to assembly personnel.
• Apply hirify.global Vacuum Technique Production System (VTPS) principles to eliminate waste and optimize processes.
• Maintain accurate labor transactions and routing updates in Encompix.
• Manage the performance cycle for direct reports, including goal setting and evaluations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred).
• 3-5 years of assembly experience required.
• 1-3 years of lead or supervisory experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and diagrams.
• Proficiency with hand tools and small power tools.
