Team Lead Facilities (Sunday-Tuesday every other Wednesday 6pm-6am)

Location: Onsite in Daytona Beach, Florida, United States. Regular and predictable on-site attendance is required. The schedule is Sunday–Tuesday and every other Wednesday, 6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m., with additional non-standard and on-call hours as needed.

Salary: $28.33–$36.38 per hour.

What you will do

• Operate, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain facility utility and complex process equipment.
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in leading and coordinating peers and subordinates across maintenance, production, materials loading, and training functions.
• Provide technical support across organizational levels and perform core manufacturing maintenance duties.
• Teach, mentor, orient, assign, and review the work of less experienced technicians and peers.
• Supervise outside contractors or vendors when required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of related experience, or completion of PBS requirements and the appropriate assessment.
• Intermediate working knowledge of the relevant technical field and shop-floor competencies.
• Ability to work the specified overnight schedule, non-standard hours, on-call hours, and regular onsite attendance in Daytona Beach.
• Ability to perform physical work including lifting up to 40 pounds occasionally and exposure to moving parts, chemicals, dust, warehouse areas, and manufacturing environments.
