Warehouse Manager, Multi-Site Operations

What you will do

• Lead warehouse operations across two facilities through Warehouse Supervisors and Leads, establishing standards for safety, training, material control, and performance.
• Manage manufacturing material flow, including picking, staging, reconciliation, lot and pallet control, and movement against production work orders.
• Support fulfillment warehouse operations through receiving, put-away, replenishment, dock operations, wholesale staging, and finished-goods transfers.
• Own cycle counting, inventory accuracy, receiving, quarantine, rejection, disposition, and audit-readiness processes in partnership with Inventory Control and Quality.
• Act as the warehouse process owner for WMS workflows, RF processes, configuration, reporting, implementations, and user adoption.
• Lead warehouse automation, process improvement, capacity planning, safety initiatives, and the development of supervisors and frontline leads.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of progressive warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing-support experience, including at least 4 years leading supervisors, team leads, or other frontline leaders.
• Experience managing multi-site, multi-shift, or multi-function warehouse operations and supporting manufacturing through component picking, kitting, staging, or work-order execution.
• Experience in a regulated or hazardous-material environment and a GMP, FDA, ISO, or similarly controlled quality environment.
• Strong safety leadership covering powered industrial trucks, PPE, hazardous materials, job hazard analysis, incident investigations, flammable liquids, and hazardous waste.
• Strong WMS experience, ERP integration literacy, inventory transaction knowledge, metrics-based management, reporting, and root-cause analysis.
• Ability to work on-site across both Somerset facilities, including flexibility for multiple shifts, peak periods, system cutovers, occasional weekends, and emergency requirements.

Nice to have

• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with WMS implementations, warehouse automation, Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, or Kaizen.
• Experience supporting both manufacturing and high-volume eCommerce or direct-to-consumer operations.
