Shipping Warehouse Systems Operator (WSO) - Ridgeley, WV

Location: Beryl, West Virginia, USA; on-site Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM EST, with Saturdays as needed.

Salary: $31.04 per hour starting rate.

What you will do

• Provide daily leadership and direction to Shipping SRO team members while coordinating assignments, priorities, training, and performance expectations.
• Coordinate warehouse, receiving, storage, product placement, material flow, dock activity, trailer scheduling, and customer shipments.
• Manage finished-goods inventory accuracy, cycle counts, physical inventories, reconciliations, production postings, and inventory movements.
• Use SAP S/4HANA and other business systems for inventory transactions, shipping activities, reporting, and data analysis.
• Resolve carrier, transportation, shipping-documentation, equipment, and inventory issues using root cause analysis.
• Drive safe, compliant, efficient operations and continuous improvement across warehouse and shipping processes.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in warehouse, shipping, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong inventory management and warehouse control experience.
• Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, ERP systems, or warehouse management systems.
• Experience with root cause analysis, process improvement, team leadership, prioritization, and operational problem solving.
• Mechanical and troubleshooting aptitude, plus strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
