What you will do

• Contact customers and identify their vehicle needs using the Coggin Selling Process.
• Build customer rapport and develop referral relationships.
• Conduct test drives and present vehicle features, pricing, and incentives.
• Manage customer communications and sales activities using phone, internet, and CRM tools.
• Close vehicle sales while delivering strong customer service.

Requirements

• Motivation to succeed and the ability to work as a self-starter.
• Strong customer service, communication, computer, and phone skills.
• Ability to create and maintain customer relationships.
• Professional business attire and appearance.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Prior sales experience is preferred; automotive, retail, customer service, account, internet, or phone sales experience is relevant.
