What you will do

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups for sales and service appointments.
• Respond to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
• Provide initial product information and direct customers to appropriate dealership resources.
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to schedule and with customers who miss appointments.
• Use the CRM system daily and participate in team and process development sessions.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Strong computer skills and daily CRM usage.
• Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and willingness to improve.
• Prompt, courteous, positive, and hardworking approach.
• Valid driver’s license.
