Senior Manager, Engineering Project/Program Management

Location: Spring, Texas, United States of America; onsite role

Salary: $147,050–$230,850 USD annually, plus potential bonus and/or equity for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Lead subordinate deployment supply chain managers and individual contributors across engineering development and product implementation programs.
• Develop deployment plans and schedules, ensure SKU/BOM readiness, and support timely product launches and transitions.
• Manage regulatory readiness by region and transition planning for Advanced Computing Solutions.
• Manage headcount, budgets, deliverables, schedules, risks, and resource allocation across multiple projects and programs.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, marketing, supply chain, technical leaders, executives, outsourced partners, and suppliers.
• Drive process improvements, cost reductions, strategic change initiatives, and people-care activities including hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated competence.
• Typically 10+ years of job-related experience or 8–10 years of management experience.
• Experience in engineering development and implementation, project planning tools and software packages, people management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of project and program management, product development, risk management, project scheduling, and process improvement.
• Experience with Agile methodology, Scrum, Kanban principles, sprint planning, automation, and JIRA.
• Ability to lead complex technical programs, manage multiple disciplines, and communicate with senior stakeholders.
