Senior Financial Analyst (Real Estate)

Location: hirify.global Place, 181 Bay Street, Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Salary: CAD 90,000–110,000 annually

What you will do

• Support OneStream-based consolidation and financial reporting processes.
• Prepare journal entries, consolidated financial statements, tax reporting materials, and month-end procedures.
• Perform IFRS-to-US GAAP conversions and accounting assessments for significant transactions, including VIE and consolidation analysis.
• Review management reports, fee revenues, expense reforecasts, reconciliations, and other key financial drivers.
• Coordinate management fees, legal entity administration, intercompany activity, fund operations, and fund flows with finance, tax, legal, and treasury teams.
• Help implement Power BI, Sigma, and advanced Excel automation to improve reporting efficiency, controls, and data quality.

Requirements

• CA or CPA designation with 3 years of accounting and finance experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to implement reporting process improvements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and analyze unstructured information.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and OneStream is an asset.
• Ability to work at the Toronto, Ontario location is required.
