Financial Analyst, Corporate Accounting

What you will do

• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Analyze balance sheet and income statement data to support accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare financial and internal management reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues and respond to ad hoc requests.
• Maintain documentation, accounting controls, and audit readiness.
• Provide flexible coverage across accounting processes as priorities change during the ERP implementation.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Solid understanding of core accounting principles; working knowledge of US GAAP is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to work effectively in a changing environment with evolving responsibilities.
• ERP experience with systems such as Oracle, SAP, or JDE is an asset; CPA designation or progress toward CPA is preferred.

Nice to have

• Prior corporate accounting experience.
• CPA designation or progress toward the CPA designation.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or JDE.
