Regional Market Director-Industrial

Location: Pipersville, Pennsylvania, United States; support for the Pipersville office with up to 70% travel.

What you will do

• Develop and execute market strategies for the Industrial Market Sector and support growth across the North American practice.
• Consult with clients, assess market potential, prioritize opportunities, and build a pipeline of projects.
• Develop and manage relationships with strategic partners and public and private clients.
• Identify and position the firm for large pursuits valued at $250,000–$500,000 or more.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and other market sectors to support successful project execution, joint pursuits, and cross-selling.
• Serve as a client or contract manager, maintain client data, mentor staff, and provide senior technical support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering and at least 20 years of engineering experience.
• At least 15 years of experience directly overseeing science and engineering consulting projects.
• Broad knowledge of industrial-sector consulting, including engineering, construction support, operations, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in business development, client relationship management, opportunity evaluation, proposal development, and financial statement analysis.
• Pennsylvania Professional Engineer license or the ability to obtain one is preferred.
• Strong English communication, project management, analytical, leadership, mentoring, and client service skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, or related software. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
