Dynamic PC Support

Location: Salisbury, MD, USA

Salary: $17.00/hour, plus an additional incentive for each closed call.

What you will do

• Provide customer support for designated desktop, laptop, and other client equipment.
• Perform basic and moderately complex hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Accept and complete assigned service calls within established service-level agreements.
• Answer client questions and communicate technical issues professionally and accurately.
• Complete call documentation, administrative tasks, and real-time activity reporting.
• Manage parts, equipment, assets, and inventory in accordance with client service agreements.

Requirements

• Technical school certification or equivalent and typically 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of relevant hardware and software.
• Maintain required OEM certifications as directed by management.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, valid registration, and adequate insurance.
• Ability to travel to client locations, drive long distances, and occasionally take overnight assignments.
• Ability to lift or move computer equipment weighing up to 50 lbs and provide a basic repair tool kit.
