What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support and mobile equipment administration.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for end-users.
- Document and log all support requests and resolutions in the trouble ticketing system.
- Route complex tickets to Tier 2 or higher support teams when necessary.
- Install and configure software while maintaining internal procedures and FAQs.
- Guide users through product and system usage to ensure successful resolution.
Requirements
- Active Secret Clearance required.
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and familiarity with mobile devices (iPhones/iPads).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tickets simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- High School diploma with 0–3 years of relevant experience.
Nice to have
- DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification (e.g., A+ CE, Network+ CE).
- Experience supporting DoD or U.S. Coast Guard enterprise service desk environments.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow (SNOW) or equivalent enterprise ticketing software.
