What you will do

Diagnose and resolve complex Microsoft operating system support tickets.
Configure and install common business applications.
Install and remove personal computers.
Provide customer-facing technical support in a corporate Windows environment.
Communicate clearly with clients and interact with them positively.

Requirements

Significant experience in customer-facing technical support.
Experience supporting Windows-based corporate environments.
Experience supporting Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
