Team Lead II (5:00am to 1:30pm) Electronics

What you will do

• Lead manufacturing employees across varied electronics assembly processes and operations.
• Assign work and instruct operators on work techniques, quality, safety, and housekeeping requirements.
• Coordinate materials, tools, fixtures, direct labor, and production flow to support on-time completion.
• Audit work and internal processes to ensure quality requirements are followed.
• Analyze materials, processes, and products that may cause production disruptions.
• Communicate drawing and bill of materials discrepancies to Engineering and document production and quality activities.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret complex drawings and schematics and explain them to others.
• Intermediate computer skills in MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to understand and apply corrective and preventive action practices.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to supervise and coordinate activities across diverse tasks and demanding schedules.
• Ability to meet medium-heavy physical demands, including continuous standing and walking, frequent lifting, bending, and use of hand or power tools.
