Warehouse Outbound Coordinator - UAE National Only

What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end picking, packing, staging, and dispatch of outbound orders according to customer requirements and shipping priorities.
• Coordinate shipment schedules with the Logistics team and ensure orders leave accurately and on time.
• Generate and verify Bills of Lading, packing lists, invoices, and customs/export documentation.
• Manage customs clearance for outgoing bonded materials and update data in PWC.
• Inspect shipments, enforce warehouse safety protocols, and operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
• Supervise and train third-party personnel, resolve inventory and order bottlenecks, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• UAE nationality required.
• Higher Secondary Education.
• 3–5 years of experience in a large warehouse operation.
• Experience with an ERP system, specifically the SAP WM module.
• UAE-licensed reach truck and forklift operation experience is preferred.
• A light vehicle driver’s license is preferred.
