What you will do

• Obtain quotations from freight forwarders, transporters, and customs brokers for project shipments.
• Prepare and provide import/export documentation and statutory shipping records.
• Coordinate material collection and delivery between suppliers, project sites, freight forwarders, brokers, and transporters.
• Plan and control land, sea, and air transportation from vendor origin to project site, balancing safety, cost, and delivery time.
• Maintain shipment visibility and traceability, escalate issues, and provide mitigation measures.
• Estimate logistics costs, maintain system records, and support compliance with company procedures and customs regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma in Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, preferably handling project cargo for freight forwarders.
• Knowledge of customs rules, project cargo, freight forwarding, and import/export requirements for materials and equipment to and from Saudi Arabia.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English at a working-excellence level.
• Transferable IQAMA is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, independent working, and professional judgment skills.

• Experience in the EPC industry, an import/export company, or a multinational freight forwarding company.
