Specialist Warehouse (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Execute receiving, inspection handoff, put-away, storage, picking, kitting, and line feeding for production.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, discrepancy investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Enforce FIFO/FEFO, ESD controls, shelf-life management, controlled-items storage, and quarantine or blocked-stock procedures.
• Coordinate material staging and availability with Production Planning, Logistics, and Team Leaders.
• Prepare packaging and internal dispatches for production supplies, finished goods, returns, and inter-site transfers.
• Complete WMS/ERP transactions, monitor warehouse KPIs, and support safety, 5S, and continuous-improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of warehouse experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems and disciplined inventory-control processes.
• Familiarity with traceability and handling or storage requirements for electronics, mechatronics, or controlled materials.
• Ability to coordinate multiple warehouse activities and priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Forklift license, where required by local regulations, is preferred.
