Associate Director, Technology - Procurement & Corporate Services

Location: Saint Petersburg, Florida, United States; hybrid work with attendance at a hirify.global office at least 10–12 days per month

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a blended team of full-time associates and contractors.
• Own application delivery and production performance across procurement, corporate real estate, and office services, including projects, enhancements, support, incidents, releases, and vendor coordination.
• Translate business priorities into scalable technology solutions and actionable roadmaps in partnership with business leaders.
• Provide hands-on technical direction across architecture, integrations, data flows, configuration, development, and production troubleshooting.
• Guide the delivery and support of ServiceNow or comparable enterprise workflow platforms and Contract Lifecycle Management solutions.
• Improve application stability, engineering standards, quality, productivity, and cycle time through SDLC governance, root-cause analysis, AI, automation, and modern engineering practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in application development, enterprise platforms, or application management.
• 6+ years of technology leadership or management experience with developers, analysts, technical leads, and/or contractors.
• Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle, including requirements, architecture and design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Hands-on technical leadership with ServiceNow or a comparable enterprise workflow platform and/or Contract Lifecycle Management technology.
• Ability to evaluate solution architecture, integrations, data flows, application design, and technical implementation decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree required; strong communication and stakeholder-management skills required.

Nice to have

• Procurement technology and ServiceNow Procurement experience.
• Contract Lifecycle Management experience with Ironclad or similar platforms.
• Experience implementing, integrating, upgrading, and supporting third-party enterprise software.
• Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP and DevOps practices including CI/CD, Jenkins, and Git.
• Experience with generative AI, AI-assisted development, or automation for software delivery and operational support.
