Senior Director, Technology

Location: Hybrid role based at hirify.global headquarters in McKinney, Texas, United States; travel up to 30%.

What you will do

• Define and execute multi-year technology strategies and roadmaps for corporate financial, legal, and enterprise applications.
• Oversee the selection, implementation, integration, and support of enterprise systems across multiple business units.
• Apply an AI-first strategy to automation and transformation within the Enterprise Application organization.
• Deliver secure, resilient, and compliant systems aligned with internal policies, SOX, and data privacy requirements.
• Partner with functional, technical, and vendor leaders to shape product strategies and enterprise outcomes.
• Lead process improvement, operational excellence, succession planning, and development of direct reports.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including at least 4 years managing enterprise financial and legal applications across multiple business units.
• Experience supporting financial processes such as consolidation, planning, and forecasting.
• Experience integrating financial applications such as OneStream and EPM platforms with other business applications.
• Director-level or higher leadership experience, including management and development of direct reports.
• Knowledge of enterprise SaaS applications, financial datasets, API-led design, and hybrid cloud and on-premise environments.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred; a master's degree in technology, business administration, or a related field is highly desirable.

• At least 6 years directing enterprise financial and legal applications.
• Experience using AI tools and automation to improve process execution.
