Senior Business Strategist (AI)

Location: Boston; hybrid work environment with remote and onsite work

Base salary: $145,000–$218,500 annually, plus eligibility for a competitive incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Partner with Global Distribution leadership to define, execute, and monitor global distribution strategies aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Lead annual and multi-year strategic planning, growth initiatives, operating model optimization, product strategy, and distribution effectiveness work.
• Analyze sales, market share, client segments, risks, trends, and opportunities to produce actionable recommendations and executive presentations.
• Monitor strategic objectives, manage roadmaps, establish performance reporting frameworks, and provide course corrections.
• Design analytics use cases and frameworks with business stakeholders and advanced analytics teams.
• Build scalable analytics and AI/GenAI capabilities, drive tool adoption, and promote data-driven decision-making across global teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or another advanced degree preferred.
• 8–12+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business management, or analytics.
• Experience in asset management, financial services, or related industries is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of global asset management, especially institutional and non-US retail distribution models and investment products.
• Proven experience in strategic planning and executing enterprise initiatives.
