Senior Business Architect (Customer Experience)

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota; hybrid arrangement with at least four days per week in the office and one day per week from home

Base salary: $114,500–$157,400 per year, plus potential variable compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Use business architecture methods to assess capabilities, analyze solutions, prioritize investments, and develop roadmaps.
• Map customer journeys, identify experience gaps and moments of truth, and design improvements across customer touchpoints.
• Support projects as a subject matter expert or proxy product owner and ensure delivery of agreed business outcomes.
• Lead proof-of-concept and prototype initiatives involving emerging technologies and customer experience improvements.
• Lead cross-functional design teams, facilitate workshops, and coach stakeholders on customer-centric methodologies.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to align business architecture and customer experience strategies with enterprise goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, business, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in business architecture.
• Experience with strategy, impact analysis, solution design, delivery oversight, performance analysis, and business process improvement.
• Strong communication, collaboration, influencing, modeling, simulation, and analysis skills.
• Experience applying architectural principles, methods, and tools to complex business challenges.
• Must have valid U.S. work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience incorporating artificial intelligence, generative AI, and automation into strategies, operating models, products, or workflows.
• Agile project experience or Agile certification.
• Experience supporting large projects through all phases and leading in highly collaborative environments.
