Senior Data Insights Leader (AI)

Location: Remote in the United States

Salary: $130,000–$160,000 per year

What you will do

• Guide data insights efforts and convert complex datasets into actionable business recommendations.
• Identify applications for AI, advanced analytics, and emerging technologies to improve operations and develop products.
• Partner with product, analytics, technology, and business stakeholders to shape product opportunities and strategic direction.
• Translate business problems and customer requirements into product concepts, specifications, and development timelines.
• Collaborate with AI and engineering teams to guide solutions from concept through delivery.
• Promote predictive, actionable, value-focused insights beyond standard reporting and evaluate tools and market trends for competitive opportunities.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, insights generation, product strategy, or a comparable discipline.
• Track record of leading data-focused initiatives or shaping product and business strategy.
• Practical understanding of AI applications in analytics, product development, or business operations.
• Ability to translate business objectives into product ideas, defined requirements, and workable plans.
• Experience collaborating with data scientists, AI practitioners, engineers, and other technical groups.
• Strong analytical, strategic reasoning, communication, and stakeholder relationship-management skills.
