What you will do

• Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, business outlooks, and operational and financial data to inform business planning.
• Lead high-priority strategic projects from issue framing and analysis through actionable recommendations.
• Translate strategic priorities, including the Enterprise AI strategy, into clear, measurable outcomes.
• Apply traditional and AI-native methods to surface decision-ready insights.
• Support CEO-level executive communications.
• Work cross-functionally and influence colleagues at all levels without direct control over resources.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant strategy experience, ideally from a top-tier strategy consulting firm serving financial services, payments, fintech, or technology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Comfort and familiarity with using AI tools.
