Strategy & Planning Specialist Senior (AI)

Location: In-office in Pittsburgh, PA or Strongsville, OH, United States

Base salary: $75,000–$125,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Support strategic enterprise initiatives and develop strategy and planning solutions.
• Translate business needs into AI opportunities, business cases, roadmaps, requirements, and recommendations.
• Support AI use-case intake, prioritization, documentation, governance, and approval processes.
• Coordinate business, technology, risk, data, engineering, and data science stakeholders to align priorities and remove blockers.
• Define success metrics and track adoption, efficiency, risk, and business-value outcomes.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations and support change management for AI-enabled capabilities.

Requirements

• Typically, a bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience; an equivalent combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience may be considered instead of a degree.
• Experience in strategy, business analysis, process improvement, product or program operations, data and analytics, technology transformation, or AI/GenAI initiatives.
• Ability to define business problems, identify issues, collect and analyze data, conduct research, and implement planned approaches.
• Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and collaborate across business, technology, risk, and data teams.
• Strong analytical thinking, strategic thinking, problem solving, planning, business process design, influencing, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively with engineers and data scientists.
• Must work in the office in Pittsburgh, PA or Strongsville, OH.
